Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes. We ship all orders in a plain postage satchel with no mention of our Company name on the label for your privacy.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer two shipping options Australia-wide. AusPost Parcel Post ($13.20) or AusPost Express Post ($22.00).
When will I get my order?
We endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, there is a 1-2 business day turnaround for order processing & shipment, and from there, generally up to 7 working days for delivery depending on shipping location.
Where are you based?
We are an Australian owned & based Business. All orders ship from our NSW location.
Do you offer returns?
No. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns. Please purchase at your discretion.
